Beginning with Jack and Paula Wright in 1984, the Egg Harbor Café was only a dream at first. After answering an ad in the Chicago Tribune placed by a man named Tom who was looking for partners to open a breakfast spot, this popular group of restaurants was born. Opening their first location in Hinsdale, the rest, as they say, is history.
Now with locations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, and Georgia, the chain has grown in popularity, namely because of the menu. Serving breakfast staples such as eggs, bacon, pancakes and more, customers flock to Egg Harbor for their early morning meal.
